You can take care of your mental health through all kinds of different and enjoyable ways, like journaling, meditation, getting out in nature more, talking to a therapist, taking up a hobby, exercising, and much, much more, so find whatever it is that makes you happy and puts your mind in the present moment (which means you’re less focused on your health condition) and you’ll soon see the difference. 

It’s a good idea to get some routines into your life when you’ve got a health challenge to handle because you’ll be less worried about what you’re meant to be doing and how you’re meant to be doing it, which means less stress and you’ll get more done, both of which are great for your mental health, and that, as we’ve seen, leads to better physical health too.
