Freshly Picked Moccs: 5 Reasons You Should Buy

Each year though the kids are treated to new outfits and shoes to bring in the new year and we have been getting our little ones a pair of Freshly Picked moccs.

This past weekend we got to celebrate New Years thanks to my husbands Iranian roots. Celebrating a new year that falls on the first day of Spring is a custom I quickly adapted in my own home and one I look forward to every year. We have spent the past few days getting our traditional “Haft Seen” together, which translates to “Seven S’ “. Each item is symbolic and will bring us good health and fortune, and seven of them begin with the letter S.

With my Polish roots and my husbands Iranian ones my kids are sometimes smothered with holidays and traditions. We seem to pick and choose the best ones to celebrate with our little ones as we want to expose them to the best of both PLUS all of the new traditions we are making in Canada. I am not complaining and neither are they.

I have been a fan of Freshly Picked moccs since I first saw them while pregnant with Aria. I had bought other moccs trying to save money but none had the same quality as Freshly Picked. I have Aria’s first pair packed away with the baby items I could never part with and the I think all consecutive pairs will join the stash.

Colours–although the Freshly Picked soft soled moccs are only one style, the constant new releases means you can always find a new, fresh pair. There have been pairs that came out that made me want to email to have a custom pair made for myself->hello “This Mocc is B-A-N-A-N-A-S”
Attention to detail–do you see the moccs I got my son? Did you happen to notice the FP logo within the design on the leather? My personal fave is the FP imprint on the bottom of every sole. I know in due time my kids footprints will be proudly displayed on the shoes once they wear them enough but for now, I enjoy the FP logo.

Quality–the leather is like butter and the stitching is flawless. I expect the best and I have always received exactly what I wanted.

Comfort–the moccs will eventually mold to your kids feet and the gentle elastic makes losing them while on almost impossible.My almost 7-year-old is in love with her new moccs and I have already found her trying to fall asleep in them.

I have so far only had to do the soft moccs with my kids but there will come a day when I can and will move up to the new-ish hard soled shoes they carry. They are logical next step but one that needs me to admit my kids are getting older-not happening yet!

i think the ‘bringing home baby’ sets are my favorite! i wish i had known about them whenever i was pregnant. i like their hard soled shoes but i think the soft sole mocs will always win in my mind! the granite color is one of my favorites — i tend to lean towards more neutral colors — but i can appreciate their funky colors/prints 🙂
