With summer comes the sun, activities, pool time, and cookouts! We’re all going to be spending time outdoors, enjoying the heat and the sunshine. I can’t wait to eat all the watermelon – juicy, sun-soaked watermelon! Summer watermelon recipes are so fun and refreshing. You can make drinks, salads, and even popsicles! Here are some of my favorite summer watermelon recipes below:

sometimes we just cut some watermelon into square sticks about the size of a popsicle and cut a small slit and push a popsicle stick up through the rind and freeze those as watermelon popsicles

I have never tried a watermelon salad; it sounds super good! We buy watermelon at least twice a week! We love the stuff and it is so filling, and low in calories I find.

I love watermelon but this summer they were not the best for some reason. Not very sweet and dry. I might have only had one that was great. The recipes are great though and I will certainly try them on my next watermelon purchase.
