Signs you Aren’t Practicing Self-Care as Much as you Should Be

If you feel as though your health is taking a bit of a dive then now is the time for you to do something about that. If you aren’t practicing self-care ao help yourself now then you may find that you end up struggling and that you aren’t able to get the results you want out of your day-to-day activities. If you are ready to take a step in the right direction then the only thing you have to do is take a look below so you can see where you are going wrong.

You are Tired For the Next Day

If you feel as though you could just conk out right in the middle of a work meeting, or if you can’t wait for a nap even if you have just woken up then this can indicate that you simply aren’t getting enough sleep. It can also indicate that you might be overdoing it a touch. Excessive fatigue, at the end of the day, is a symptom that’s very easy to miss as you can easily chalk it up to having a busy lifestyle or simply not being able to get enough sleep. This might not be the case, because ultimately, it might be that you are simply not practicing self-care enough. Remember, one reason why you might be tired is because you are dehydrated. You can find the hydrate IV bar online and this is a great way for you to make sure that you are always putting your health first, so you don’t end up struggling with tiredness or brain fog when you just don’t need to. If you can keep this in mind then you will soon find that it is easier for you to reap the benefits going forward so be mindful of that.

You’re Putting Things in the Wrong Place

It may be that you were cooking but then a short while later, you come to the conclusion that you never actually turned on the stove. It may be that you found yourself looking for your cell phone but then came to the conclusion that you were using it all along. Either way, brain fog and lack of focus can be related to a range of health conditions. If you want to do something about this then one thing you can do is make sure that you stop and that you take a few deep breaths. If you can do this then you are bound to get a good result.

You’re a Sniffling Mess

If you seem to catch every single cold going, or if you happen to catch stomach bugs all the time then this is a major sign that your immune system isn’t working as it should. Your immune system is built to try and handle physical and emotional stressors but if you are juggling these stressors without any relief then after a point, your immune system will be overloaded and you will begin to struggle. You will become burnt out and this will harm your health.

I really struggle with self care. I’m a mother, I tend to feel guilty when I think of self care for myself.
I’m trying really hard not to think like that. Because my whole being (Body, Mind & Spirit) ends up suffering. This post is really helpful.
