Long Grain Rice – 1 CupPlace a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter. 
Butter – 2 TbspOnce the butter has melted, add rice and all the spices and stir.
Chili Powder  – ½ TspAfter 1-2 minutes, add the tomato sauce and chicken broth. Whisk until there are no lumps.

Here’s how you can impress your guests by making a delicious batch of Korean fried chicken at home!

IngredientsSteps
Chicken Drumsticks – 10Fill a deep pan halfway with oil and heat it until it reaches 340°F.
Cornstarch – 1 ½ CupMix ½ cup cornstarch, flour, salt, and water in a large bowl until a smooth batter is formed.
Flour – ½ Cup
Water – 1 CupTake a wide bowl and add the 1 cup of remaining cornstarch. 
Salt – 2 TspCoat each drumstick into the cornstarch until fully covered. 
Soy Sauce – 2 TbspDip the drumsticks into the batter and immediately move to the hot oil.
Honey – ¼ CupFry drumsticks for 5-7 minutes until they’re light golden. Remove from the pot.
Rice Vinegar – 2 TbspFry the drumsticks a second time for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain on a wire rack.
Gochujang – 2 Tbsp
Minced Garlic – 2 ClovesIn another pan, add the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, gochujang, garlic, and ginger and cook on low heat until bubbles form. 
Grated Ginger – 1 Tbsp
Sesame Seeds – for garnishingToss the drumsticks into the sauce and shake well until fully covered. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve!

Fine Spaghetti – 12 OzIn a cooking pot, add 10 Oz of water and the passata, salt, and tomato paste. Bring to a boil and let the broth simmer on low heat.
Tomato Passata – 14 Oz
Tomato Paste – 2 TbspIn a cast iron skillet, add olive oil, garlic, and pepperoncino. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the remaining passata. Add sugar if required.
Olive Oil – ½ Cup
Peperoncino – 1 Fresh or

Once the passata slightly thickens, spread the uncooked spaghetti directly over the passata. Let the spaghetti caramelize.
Chopped Garlic – 3 ClovesTurn the spaghetti over in the skillet and let the other side caramelize.
Salt & Pepper – To TasteAdd tomato broth to the edges of the skillet.
Sugar – 1 Tsp (optional)Use your spatula to gently fold the spaghetti into the sauce and broth. 
Cherry Tomatoes – 12As the sauce thickens, keep adding more broth until spaghetti is al dente.
