  1. Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon

This easy recipe features tender salmon fillets marinated in a tangy blend of lemon juice, garlic, and herbs. With just a few ingredients and simple steps, you’ll have a mouthwatering meal that everyone will love.

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

  • Combine the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.

  • Remove the salmon from the marinade. This is to allow any excess liquid to drip off. Discard the marinade.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fillets. Be careful not to overcook the salmon.
  • Once the salmon is grilled to perfection, remove it and transfer it to a serving platter.
