We got the chance to check out the new How to Train Your Dragon 3 playsets from Playmobil and the kids are obsessed. We are huge Dragons fans and actually spent a month counting down for the release of the movie so we could go watch it in the theatres.

Playmobil has managed to bring the magic of How To Train Your Dragon 3 from the big screen into the little hands of our kids. The amount of details in these playsets always amazes me. HICCUP AND TOOTHLESS WITH BABY DRAGON (70037)

My son is over the moon for this set and loves that he can launch darts from Toothless’ mouth. This set also includes a really awesome flight suit for Hiccup that allows him to fly without Toothless *insert me crying again*.

LIGHT FURY WITH BABY DRAGON AND CHILDREN (70038)

When I first saw the Light Fury in the movie I gasped. So pretty and Playmobil brought her pearlescent body to life perfectly with this set. She also shoots pink darts and this set comes with baby dragons (aww) and Hiccup and Astrid’s children.

DEATHGRIPPER WITH GRIMMEL (70039)

In every story, there has to be a bad guy and Grimmel is that guy in the last Dragons movie. He controls his dragon Deathgripper and although he is a horrible little man in the movie, hes not bad as a (mute) figurine.

HICCUP AND ASTRID WITH BABY DRAGON (70040)

This set shows Hiccup and Astrid older and as parents and honestly, I don’t know how to deal with my emotions. These Dragons movies have been helping us parent since our first was a little guy and watching Hiccup and Astrid grow up and have kids was a little eye-opening.

RUFFNUT AND TUFFNUT WITH FLIGHT SUIT (70042)

I can’t be the only one who seriously loves Ruffnut and Tuffnut’s characters in the How To Train A Dragon series. They are so dense and funny and I love that this set comes with their flight suits to really amp up imaginative play.

FISHLEGS WITH FLIGHT SUIT (70044)

This baby(dragon)-wearing Fishlegs with flight suit is ready for combat. Having Fishlegs as the caretaker of all the baby dragons in this film really tugged at my mommy heartstrings and I am so glad he got his own set.

Playmobil has chosen some wonderful names for their dragons, I mean HICCUP AND TOOTHLESS, then there’s Stormfly, Light Fury, Deathgripper and Hookfang, they’re not names kids are likely to forget and they’ll find them amusing too.
