HERODRIVE DC Super Friends Collection

With the holidays coming up fast I think it is fair to say that some of us have already started to look for the perfect gifts to give to those we love. One of our fave choices for the 3-5 range is the HEROdrive DC Super Friends collection from Funrise Toys.

HEROdrive Batman Racer

If I had to choose for myself I would choose the Batman Racer as my favourite. From the moment I first saw this motorized vehicle, I fell in love with the lights, engine sounds and music. My son loves moving the windshield back and forth to transform the racer with wings that pop out. The best part though? It has to be when you push the logo on the hood, times two, to get the racer to drive with its cape flying behind it. You can find more product information here.

 HEROdrive Mash Machines

These Mash Machines brought together rescue and urban vehicles and our fave DC Super Heroes. I find these in bed with my little guy as I think he plays with them under the covers. With their flashing lights and character appropriate noises they just need someone to push the symbol on the front grill to start the action. HEROdrive DC Superfriends Signal Squad

I know that toys with noise are not a great fit for some homes. If you maybe have a really young child that still takes naps and you’re worried about the other toys in the lineup waking them up, the HEROdrive DC Superfriends Signal Squad if the perfect choice. Instead of flashing lights and sounds you push down the logo on the hood of the vehicle to project each superhero’s signal. There is 3 to collect: Flash, Superman and Batman.

Holiday Gifts 2018

What I love about this lineup is that its design is perfect for the 3+ age group. Another perk of these toys is that they are easy enough to play with independently without being basic and being priced between $9.99 — $29.99 I think they are a great option for most families. Plus, they come with batteries so your LO can go right to playing instead of waiting (im)patiently for you to find the appropriate ones.
