Tips to Get the Most out of your PC Insiders Subscription
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of President’s Choice Services Inc. All opinions are 100% mine.

I wanted to share some tips to get the most out of your PC® Insiders subscription. It has quickly become the most used rewards program in our home and I want to share some of the ways we really take advantage of the benefits. Become a PC® Insiders member – Try one month free at pcinsiders.caExcludes Quebec residents; terms and conditions apply.

What is the PC® Insiders Subscription Program?

Before I get to the tips I want to give you a quick overview of the PC® Insiders program. In a nutshell, it is a Canadian subscription service that gives subscribers perks and benefits on food, apparel, and other great stuff where PC Optimum points can be earned or redeemed.

Think shoppersdrugmart.ca and joefresh.com online and a huge selection of local groceries stores including Loblaws, Real Canadian Super Store and No Frills. You also get a $99 travel credit with PC® travel services and a surprise delivery once a year of a box filled with PC® goodies with your annual subscription. You can also check out our other posts on why I PC® Insiders subscription program and how it helps to make motherhood easier.

Tips to Get the Most out of Your PC® Insiders Subscription

I love redeeming PC Optimum points and I get to do it often thanks to how I earn. Sharing my tips so that you can earn like a champ too.

Download the PC Optimum app and load your PC Optimum offers weekly.

Every week I get an email saying my new PC Optimum offers are ready to load and I head on over to my app to see what I can get more points on. Sometimes there are points offers for shopping the beautyBOUTIQUE  at shoppersdrugmart.ca or at joefresh.com online and I take advantage of my 20% back in PC Optimum points on select brands and free shipping. I base my meal plan on what I can earn more points on and head on over to order my groceries online using the PC Express service with free pickup for PC® Insiders members. Moms & dads remember that you also get 20% back in PC Optimum points on all brands of baby diapers and formula purchased at Loblaw banner stores, which is an amazing deal.

Swap in PC® Organics and PC® Black Label Collection products where you can.

One of my favourite things about the PC® Organics line is how affordable it is in comparison to the competitors. Add in the 20% back in PC Optimum points I earn and sometimes the cost is even lower than the cost of regular organic products. I also get the 20% back in points for PC® Black Label Collection products so if I have the option to swap for one of these two specialty lines I always do.

Make Sure You Shop Participating Retailers Often

The fastest way to collect those PC Optimum points is to shop at participating retailers, and often. Oce every few months I get a points offer with Joe Fresh® and I update the family’s wardrobes with some pieces. What I love about Joe Fresh® is the whole family can shop there and they even have plus size women’s clothes. Add in the 20% back in points and free shipping from joefresh.com don’t even have to leave the house to rack up major points back on my purchase. No matter where you are in Canada you should have access to the opportunity to redeem points.

Use your Travel Credit

For annual subscribers, whether you are going away on business or just need a weekend away (note: travel credit cannot be used for hotel-only bookings for less than a three-night stay), make sure you use your $99 travel credit with PC® travel services. Redeeming is as easy as verifying the name and phone number associated with your account and agreeing to redeem the credit at checkout. Where will you go?

Get an Annual Subscription to Save Money

There are currently two ways to pay for your PC® Insiders membership: monthly subscription and annual subscription. A monthly subscription is $9.99/month, plus applicable taxes, and automatically renews on your monthly anniversary or you can get an annual subscription for $99/year ($8.25/month), plus applicable taxes.

Sign up for PC Insiders and get 25% off an annual subscription! Insiders score extra PC Optimum points, skip fees on PC Express, and much more. Use my referral code to sign up: AA1522

I am really loving the click and collect, I have used it a few times now, and my husband loves it because I am not over spending and picking up items we don’t need!

I need to look into this more. I have not used the online shopping feature as I actually enjoy going shopping but would be a time saver for sure.

I am confused, your article gives me the impression you can stack your app offers with your “20%” insiders points. According to the terms of the program, you only get the greatest of the two, no?
