I grew up in an era where pencil thin eyebrows were in style and now all of a sudden they are not. Actually, it’s been a while now that eyelashes trends have been ‘growing’ (literally) but mine never seemed to get the memo.

After years of over plucking and trying to maintain an almost impossible tiny line to somehow frame my eye’s they finally gave up and stopped growing in spots RIGHT when I needed them the most.

I needed those tiny scratches from the microblade tool as much as I need another kid–not at all–but I have found a way to have those fantastic brows and even lashes without the commitment issues that microblading brings out in me.

I have been using RapidLash and RapidBrow for roughly nine weeks now ( I also lost them for a week while my son hid them in his shoe). It’s become a part of my nighttime routine where I spend a few minutes in front of the mirror using the wand on my brows and the brush to go along my lashline. It took me a few weeks to get to the point where I can do the lashline very quickly and no longer worry about irritating my eyes. There is no burn and I almost feel like I was irrationally worried since both products are safe and millions of women are using them.

In conjunction with using the RapidLash and RapidBrows I also dyed my eyebrows darker with some colour. I want to dye them black but my MIL will not let me. She is the one who handles my brows so she is the boss. So what have I noticed? My brows are thickening up. These products do not make your lashes and brows grow but instead nourish the hair you do have so that it looks longer, stronger, healthier and fuller–like the mascara products promise but this is for real.

Also, I am a woman with champagne taste on a beer budget. I love how both the RapidLash and RapidBrow products are something I can easily budget in and since each tube lasts for months it works out to be fairly inexpensive–think a few less lattes a month and hello gorgeous brows and lashes.
